1st CONDITIONING:
Ascending Ladder for 10 minutes of:
3 Dumbbell Clean (50/35)
3 Burpees-Over-Dumbbell (Jump Out/In)
6/6, 9/9, 12/12… and so on, until time expires.

With the CrossFit Open prep wod (18.0) that was released yesterday they clarified that Rx’d burpees would be jumped out and jumped in, and that if you stepped out or in it would be scaling the movement. This is a small adjustment, that can make a difference in making you more fit.

This is also the same type of adjustments we should be making in our day-to-day training. Pull pull-ups a bit higher. Lower your body a bit lower on Ring rows. Seek better movement. We should purposefully improve in small ways that will accumulate over time.

2nd CONDITIONING:
3 rounds, for time, of:
20 Calorie Row/Ski
2 Lengths Walking Lunge
2 Lengths Plate Drag
20 Kipping HSPU/DB Push Press
