FOR THE PUMP
7 rounds of:
10 Bench Press (135/75)
1 Sled Pull (Heavy AND Fast)

Rest while your partner sprints through their round.
If you have a partnership of 3 then keep a rotation fixed and the next person on bench will begin when the person ahead of them begins sprinting the sled back.
Scale bench up to 165/85 or 185/100 if you can keep them unbroken and fast.
