10 Pull-Ups/Ring Rows
10 Handstand Push-Ups/Dips/Push-Ups
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95-115/65-75)

Scale the difficulty up by adding one rep to each movement on each round (2nd round would be 11’s, 3rd would be 12’s and so on).
