10 Bar-Facing Burpees
Ground-to-Overhead can be Snatch or Clean & Jerk. Scale weight to (65/45) if needed.
B) 5 rounds of:
20 Lunges (95/65)
20 KB Side Bends/Side
Lunges can be front or back racked. Keep them stationary though.
