A) For time:

Start with, and every minute on the minute do 4 Burpees. Substitute for clean can be Front Squats from the floor.

B) For time:
60 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)
2 Km Row/Ski/5 Km Bike/1 Mile Run
60 Dumbbell Clean and Jerks (50/35)

Optional substitute of 30 barbell Snatches and 30 barbell Clean & Jerks for dumbbells if you want.
