A) For Quality:
100 Single-Leg Squats to a box/side
Equal reps each side, break them up however you want to accumulate 100 reps each leg.
B) For Quality:
100 Weighted Box Step-Ups/Side
Hold 2 or 1 Dumbbell or Kettlebell anyhow. Don’t drop or rest the weights on the box (they’ll break the boxes). Equal reps each side, break them up however you want to get 100 reps each leg.
C) Every 2:00, for 10 rounds, complete:
5 Bar Muscle-Ups/5-7 Pull-Ups/7-10 Ring Rows
