STRENGTH
Back Squat – Take 15 minutes to work up a 20 rep max.

Take about 10-12min. to build up to HEAVY, performing 2-3 reps at a time… Then, you get only 1 shot at a 20 rep max. This should be about 75-80% of your 1RM.

CONDITONING
EMOM, for 15 minutes, perform:
1st – 15/12 Cal Assault Bike/Ski
2nd – 15 Toes-to-Bar
3rd – 5 Front Squats (185/130)

Front Squats are from the floor.
