Suitcase carry is one arm to the mailbox and other arm returning. Choose a deadlift weight that you will still be able to hold onto after taxing your grip on the carries.

Weighted Plank Hold (45/25)

Grab a partner and switch off until you both get 4 minutes.

B)100 Barbell Curls (45/35)

Grab a partner and alternate every 10 reps until you both get 100. You can make this harder by doing all your reps with a 3 second negative.
