A) Every 8:00, for 3 rounds, complete:

Start first round with about 60% of Clean or Snatch. Increase with each new rep change, and if your round is successful then restart the next round a bit higher than the first start weight.

Instead of focusing solely on Snatches or Cleans, another option is:
