20 overhead squats
12 ring muscle-ups
20 dumbbell snatches
12 bar muscle-ups
Men perform 115-lb. OHS, 50-lb. DB snatches
Time cap: 14 minutes (We will take note of where you are at 14 minutes and allow you to continue working after that).
