A) Every 2:00, for 8 rounds, complete:
12 Deadlifts
9 Hang Cleans
6 Jerks

Use Dumbbells or Barbells. Go as heavy as possible for as many rounds as possible. If you’re unsure of weight, then start light and progressively increase throughout.

B) Every 2:00, for 8 rounds, complete:
12 Box Jumps (24”/20″)
9 Thrusters (95/65)
6 Burpees Over Barbell

These are sprint efforts. Move fast and earn that rest. Sub 6 Thrusters (135/95) if you want to go heavier.
