Max Single Arm Push Press
Rest 1:15 between rounds.
Try to finish Jumping Squats in 30-40 seconds. V-Ups should be another 30-40 seconds. This leaves you 30-40 seconds of Push Press. Scale the reps up or down to try and achieve those rough times.
