A) 10 rounds of:
200 Meter Run
2 Lengths Sled Push (70/35)
Rest

You will individually perform 10 rounds but, for timing, be partnered up into teams of 3. Once the partner ahead of you has performed their 200m run you will begin your run and sprint through one entire round as fast as possible, and then rest. Keep the same order of partners throughout the workout. Each of your rounds begins when the partner ahead of you gets back from their 200 Meter Run.

B) 10 rounds, for time, of:
10 Strict Press (65/45)
10 Ring or Body Rows
