15:00-20:00…
1,000 Meter Row/Ski or 1.5 Mile Bike for time

20:00-30:00
Work up to a Heavy Clean single
-or-
30 Cleans for time (135-155/95-110)

If you go for the heavy single, then go off of feel. If you feel good, hit a max… If not, just hit something heavy and save it for the row.
If you aren’t comfortable with the lifts enough to push a max then you’ll set a moderate weight and do the 30.
