1 Sled Pull (+90/+45)
We normally do between 100-150 wallballs in a day. If you want a challenge today, then go up in weight for the 15 reps for the 10 rounds, or stick with the same weight for sets of 20. If wallballs wreck you then stick with your normal weight for sets of 15 reps.
B) AMRAP, in 20:00, of:
20 Calorie Bike, Row or Ski
100 Meter Waiter Walk (44-53/26-35)
Travel one arm up to the mailbox and other arm up on the way back.
