EMOM, for 10 minutes, complete:
3 Snatches

Increase weight as you feel. Try to perform all 3 reps unbroken (touch-and-go). This is great practice if you are in the learning phase of this lift.

If you are confident in the lift, then start at 60-70% of your 1rm and perform 3 reps for the first 3 minutes, 2 reps for minutes 4-6, and singles for the remaining 4 minutes. This should set you up for some fun weight close to your max.
