Every 2 minutes, for 8 rounds, complete:
2 Power Clean and Jerks (increasing)
Start at minimal weight (95/65) and increase from there. If you still need practice ironing out your form, then stay at light weight get reps in. If technique is there, then keep increasing.
EMOM, for 16 minutes, perform:
Odd: 6 Single Arm DB Push Jerks/Arm (50/35)
Even: 15 Burpees
Add 1 rep to single-arm jerks per round. Burpees stay the same the entire time.
Scale-up weight to 70-75/45-50.
