CONDITIONING
5 rounds, for time, of:
100 Double-Unders
30 Push-Ups
20 Deadlifts (225/155)

Advanced Deadlift Option:
Round 1=25 Deadlifts (225/155)
Round 2=20 Deadlifts (275/185)
Round 3=15 Deadlifts (315/215)
Round 4=10 Deadlifts (365/255)
Round 5=5 Deadlifts (405/285)

If you want to increase deadlift weight, but can’t make the Rx’d jumps; start at your normal starting weight, then increase weight in jumps that are no bigger than 10% of your 1rm. Make smaller jumps if needed.
Resist the urge to lessen your starting weight to be able to increase throughout. That will only lessen the amount of strength producing reps in the workout. Go with the first option if that is your tendency.
The Rx’d weights are based off of a guy who deadlifts nearing 500 and above and women near and above 350.

ABS (time permitting)
