Double-Under Scale: Perform 50 total jumps in any mix of double and singles. Stick to just 50 jumps. over the 10 total rounds you’ll get plenty of practice without having to add extra.
Strict Ring Dip Scale: Perform dips on dip machine or parallel bars or modify to push-ups.
Power Clean Scale: Lower the weight to your challenging weight. Add some variety by doing sandbag cleans (medium/small).
