AMRAP, in 20 minutes, of:
20 Broad Jumps (6’/4’)
20 Single Arm DB Presses (strict or push)

For broad jumps, measure a distance on the floor distancing 4-6 feet. During the workout, broad jumps will be jumping across the 4-6 foot gap 20 times.

3 rounds of:
1:00 DB Floor Press
1:00 Bent-Over DB Row (DB in each hand)
1:00 Push-Ups
1:00 Bent-Over DB Rows (only 1 DB)
*0:15 Rest between each exercise
