A) Every 5:00, for 5 rounds, complete:
500 M Row, Ski or 1 K Bike
5 Power Cleans (185+/125+)
10 Deadlifts

Warm up to a good weight to start. You may add a bit from there, but you should really be starting at a tough weight. You’ll probably be heavy enough that the cleans should be done in singles, but the deadlifts wont be broken up too much.
