10 Push-Ups

If you are a bodyweight/push-up ninja you can scale up to 12 or 15 push-ups on the minute. This would be if you can already do legit push-ups. If you are scaling push-ups try to advance to a difficult option before adding more reps.

CONDITIONING
EMOM, for 10 minutes, complete:
12 Overhead Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
12 Air Squats

Scale up to 14 swings and 14 squats if you can.
