200 Meter Jog or 1:00 Jump Rope or High Knees
1:00 Plank or HS Hold
15 Air Squats

ACCESSORY
4 rounds of:
10 Bulgarian Split Squats/Leg
20 Hip Bridges (2 sec pause at top)
10 Single-Arm Rows/Arm
1:00 Wall Sit Hold

WORKOUT
5 rounds, for time, of:
400 Meter Run or 50 Double-Unders or 1:30 High Knees
20 Push-Ups or 10-20 Handstand Push-Ups
20 Cossacks Squats or 20 DB Clean & Jerks (use single or double DBs)
