A) Complete 5-6 rounds, for weight, of:
5-5-3-3-1-1 Strict Press
3-5 Weighted Chin-Ups or 15 DB Curls

Increase weight throughout the sets. Perform reps of 5 for rounds 1 and 2, 3 reps for 3rd and 4th rounds, and 1 rep for the 5th and 6th. If you aren’t able to increase the weight to make those rep schemes challenging, then stick to 5 reps of strict press on all sets.

50 HSPU, Dips or Push-Ups
