There wont be a 5:30pm or 6:30pm workout tonight. Come to any of the regular morning workouts or 4:30pm to get yours.

STRENGTH
In A 20:00 time frame work up to a 1rm Deadlift (ooooh spooky).

If you intend to hit a new max then don’t worry about adding anything inbetween sets.

If you know you arent going to hit a new max, and are going to stay lighter then do sets of 5 on deadlift and add a 1:00 weighted plank between each set of deadlifts.
